Richard Tuzinde Karekezi

Karekezi Tuzinde Richard has a rich professional career with over 20 years in
the banking and finance industry.

He is currently the Project Finance Consulting Partner at Aims Capital Associates Ltd focused in legal practice,
arbitration, investment advisory and legal consultancy.
Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lubumbashi
(UNILU) in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1989, valuated as a South
African Master’s Degree by the South African Human Science Research
Council in Pretoria in 1992.

Since 2013, he is an international Business Development Consultant for a
number of international financial and investment consulting firms providing
Capital Raising to diversified clients and Capital funds, Private equity funds
and Investment funds for clients ranging from Corporations, entrepreneurs
and governments within Africa and other emerging markets. , entrepreneurs and
governments within Africa and other emerging Markets

He worked and occupied various positions in the senior management of GT
Bank Rwanda (former Fina Bank Rwanda) as Consumer banking manager,
Main branch manager, Business development and Service delivery cluster
manager from 2006 to 2013 and of Ecobank Rwanda (former BCDI) as
financial analyst from 1997-1999.

Mr. Karekezi Tuzinde Richard has had an opportunity to play the role of
Executive Sales Manager of Wholesale Warehousing Industries (WWI) in
Johannesburg, South Africa from 1992 to 1995.
